Kjenner Financial Services, a branch of Sun Life, located in Fort Saskatchewan is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a successful Advisory Team.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented administrator who takes price in keeping things organized and running smoothly. This is a key support role within our office, ideal for someone who is proactive, confident working independently and enjoys being the person others rely on.

You will work together with an energetic, collaborative, and progressive team to provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both clients and the Advisor Team. We take pride in doing things well and supporting each other.

What will you do?

Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls

Book and confirm appointments

Manage and maintain all paperwork

Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.

Respond to client inquiries (policy transactions, requests policy documentation, policy information, etc.).

Respond to requests for information in a timely matter

Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments

Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.

Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.

Work with an energetic, collaborative, progressive team

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

High level of time management and organization skills

Demonstrated skills in providing client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients

Exceptional verbal and written communication in English

Nice-to-have

Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent qualification

2-3 years experience and knowledge in the Insurance and Investment industry

Knowledge of Salesforce Software

Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week)

Salary: $43,680 - $47,840 per year (depending on experience)
