Full job description

Position Available: FOH / BOH Team

Location: Hankki Acadia (Calgary)

Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends, 30–44 hours per week (Overtime compensated if applicable)

Pay:

FOH (Front of House): Starting at $16.55/hr

BOH (Back of House): Starting at $17.25/hr

Minimum 10 training shifts are paid

Role Overview

We are looking for positive, responsible, and energetic FOH & BOH team members who can bring warm service and teamwork to our store.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior hands-on experience in food service (fast food, food court, or quick service restaurants) is an asset

Friendly, positive, and energetic personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork

Willingness to learn and adapt to Hankki’s style:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee opening & closing procedures (POS check, inventory check, hygiene check, cleaning)

Supervise staff during operating hours to ensure smooth service

FOH – Guide and assist team in preparing bowls, corndogs, bingsu, and other menu items + Support food preparation

Support team members and train new staff on service & hygiene standards

Handle customer concerns professionally (escalate to Manager if necessary)

Check inventory and prepare requests for the Manager (final approval by Manager)

Provide daily reports to the Manager (sales summary, issues, improvement points)

BOH – Support food preparation, cooking, and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Support team members and train new staff on service & hygiene standards

Handle customer concerns professionally (escalate to Manager if necessary)

Check inventory and prepare requests for the Manager (final approval by Manager)

Provide daily reports to the Manager (sales summary, issues, improvement points)
