We are opening a new fast-casual sandwich restaurant in Signal Hill Centre and are looking for approximately 20 enthusiastic team members. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and contributing to a positive team environment, we would like to hear from you.

Positions AvailableFront Counter Team Member

Create a friendly, efficient experience for every guest.

• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and process payments using the POS system.
• Answer menu questions, communicate clearly with the kitchen team, hand off orders promptly, and keep guest-facing areas clean and organized.

Kitchen Crew Member

Prepare fresh, consistent food while following all quality and safety standards.

• Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches and other menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, allergen and food-safety procedures; keep workstations sanitized and assist with restocking and opening or closing duties.

Shift Supervisor

Lead the team during assigned shifts and help deliver smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assign tasks, support and coach team members, and maintain strong service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete opening and closing, cash-handling, and shift records accurately; respond to guest concerns and ensure food-safety and workplace procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

• A valid Food Handling / Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
• A valid First Aid Certificate is preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred for Shift Supervisor applicants.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
