Treatment Coordinator

Brightside Dental Care is growing, and we are currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Brandon team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and professionally, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This role is a key part of the patient experience and daily flow of the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss scheduling and financial arrangements
  • Support patient communication and appointment flow
  • Work closely with dentists and team members to support patient care
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized front-end environment

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Dental experience is considered an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate
