I have been a volunteer, in Bayside, for about 4-5 weeks now. I really like to talk with the residents, help them in any way I can, also help the staff by starting various activities. Even if I just sit and have a coffee with the residents.
Skills and competencies are important but most staff are licensed to their qualifications, it is important to prepare for behavioural questions, and scenarios.
What is the vacation policy like at Prairie Mountain Health? How many vacation days do you get per year?
The vacation policy is very good and the days are tallied with respect to the hours one puts in in the previous year.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Prairie Mountain Health a better place to work?
Im not sure, everything seems to be hard to change here
