Your Role:

• 
  You will identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CT

• You will provide product support either remotely or on-site (Internationally at times - Canada and Latin America

• You will dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan

• You will share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.

• You will drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business.

• You will Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned. Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective action and present to TST 4 and/or management.

Your Expertise:

• 
  Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.

• More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT

• Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications

• Good communication skills

• SAP knowledge preferred

• Valid passport is required

• High proficiency in English; Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish

• Ability to work First Shift Options:

  Thursday - Sunday 11:30 - 22:00 ET

  Friday - Monday 09:00 - 19:30 ET

  Both shifts are 4x10 hours shift

The base pay range for this position is:

$75,660 - $104,027

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
