About the Role
As a Client Care Representative at Petworks, you’ll:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Process payments, maintain accurate client and patient records, and manage daily transactions
  • Support the veterinary team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring smooth clinic operations
  • Provide compassionate client support during difficult or emotional situations
  • Help keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and passion for supporting both people and pets
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
