About the Role: As a CBRE Communications and Client Intelligence Specialist, you'll be at the heart of shaping our narrative, transforming complex ideas into compelling written and visual communications. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to craft messages that resonate. This pivotal role within the Communications function involves developing impactful internal and external communications, directly influencing how our organizational values, strategic vision, and performance are understood and celebrated across our global landscape.
What You’ll Do: • Draft and edit internal communications including presentations, email memos, etc. Provide manager support for media interview prep. • Create press releases for distribution to the media. • Cultivate content for social media channels, track, and report on outcomes and engagement. • Track media databases and coverage. • Assist with background research and content development for speeches and presentations. • Receive confidential information and develop messaging. • Assist management with administrative needs. • Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Help with projects as requested. • Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices within the communications space. • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. • Impact the quality of own work. • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding. What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP security clearance.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this Communications & Client Intelligence Specialist position is between $68,000 annually and $75,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
