Vancouver Smile Studio in North Vancouver is hiring a Dental Receptionist to join our team!

Schedule: Tuesday- Thursday, 8 to 5, starting mid August.

We are a third-generation, one-doctor, team-based practice, known for our harmonious atmosphere and our exceptional patient experience (our Google Reviews say it all!) Our long-time receptionist of over 30 years is retiring, making this a rare opportunity for the right individual to join a stable, genuine team.

Our mission is to brighten our community by providing life-changing smile transformations that inspire confidence and connection. From reception to operatory, our goal is to make our patients feel cared for and that they are in great professional hands.

* Who We're Looking For

  • Positive, warm, self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and belief in great customer care
  • Dentrix experience an asset
  • At least one year experience as a dental receptionist
  • Someone who thrives working as a team in a collaborative environment
