Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations within our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and proofreading documents.
  • Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks including document creation and email correspondence.
  • Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient records and coordinating with healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Denture office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and clerical processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in data entry and using Google Suite applications is required.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Cleaning and maintaining supplies.
