Full job description

We are a busy accounting firm located in Surrey and are looking to fill a Permanent Office Manager/Administrator position.

Successful applicants must have a pleasant telephone manner and speak fluent English.

Good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as team member are essential.

Payroll processing and bookkeeping experience is required.

Successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as an office manager/administrator at an accounting firm.

Duties to include:

Office manager duties:

- preparation and processing of payroll/T4's for firm and clients

- bookkeeping for firm

- Tracking and filing of T1's, T2's, T3's, T4's/T5's with CRA

- Banking and deposits

Admin duties

- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls

- Book appointments

- Assist clients at the front desk

- Receive and file client documents and payments

- Receive/send incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries

- Onboarding and maintaining client data information

- Provide general office administrative duties as needed

Experience with Tax preparation and Caseware software would be an advantage.
