Do you have what it takes?
· Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (Required)
· Previous experience as MOA or in the Medical Aesthetics Industry
· Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, EMR
· Retail Experience (beneficial)
· Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
· Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
· Strong Administrative skills
· Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities:
· Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
· Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
· Billing and Invoice management.
· Maintain patient flow and wait for room management.
· Goods inwards and delivery.
· Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
· Work effectively both independently and in teams.
· Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
