Family Physician (Full-Time, Part-Time & Locum Opportunities)

Locations: Ponoka, Eckville, Leduc, Rocky Mountian House, Alberta
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking Family Physicians to join our expanding clinic network across Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for flexibility, strong earning potential, and a supportive, well-resourced practice environment in both rural and semi-urban communities.

Compensation

  • Fee-for-Service (FFS) model
  • Estimated annual earnings: $300,000+ (based on patient volume and practice style)
  • Competitive overhead split

Requirements

  • Eligible for licensure with the relevant Provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons
  • Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations
  • Prescribe and manage treatment plans
  • Provide preventive care, immunizations, and patient education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Support health promotion and disease prevention
