Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Equipment Sales professional to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to promote and sell our medical equipment products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of medical sales, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to healthcare advancements while expanding your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and networking within the healthcare industry
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet client needs while achieving company sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities or areas for growth
  • Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and sales forecasts using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Lead product training sessions for clients and internal staff as needed to ensure comprehensive understanding of features and benefits

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or pharmaceutical/medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer retention and growth
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, competitor activity, and customer needs effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools for creating presentations and reports
  • Experience conducting product demos and delivering compelling sales pitches
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers and guide clients through complex purchasing processes
  • Knowledge of medical sales regulations, healthcare industry standards, and relevant compliance requirements is preferred
