As our clinic continues to grow, we're expanding our Front Office Team and are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Dental Administrator to join us.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Surrey, BC

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: $24.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.

Register new patients and maintain accurate electronic patient records.

Process insurance claims, billing, payments, and pre-authorizations.

Communicate with insurance providers regarding claims and patient coverage.

Perform patient recalls and follow-up communications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area.

Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Help create a positive, respectful, and patient-focused environment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a denture/ dental or healthcare administrative role.

Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.

Experience using DOMX practice management software is considered an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Friendly, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience in a denture clinic is preferred but not required.
