Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our reputable legal team. The ideal candidate will support senior attorneys in handling a diverse range of legal matters, conducting research, drafting documents, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Duties

  • Support negotiations with opposing counsel or clients to achieve favorable outcomes aligned with legal standards.
  • Review and analyze case files, statutes, regulations, and legal literature to ensure thorough understanding of relevant issues.
  • Attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions as needed to gain practical experience and support senior attorneys.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
