Full job description

We are a high-tech, innovative, full-service dental laboratory located in Toronto. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer to lead the administration, optimization, automation, and integration of our Salesforce ecosystem while driving digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.

This is a experienced, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, building scalable Salesforce solutions, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Platform Management

  • Administer, maintain, and continuously optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Experience Cloud.
  • Evaluate the current Salesforce environment and recommend improvements to maximize system performance and user adoption.
  • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, security, reports, dashboards, and Lightning applications.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Ensure Salesforce follows best practices for security, scalability, and performance.

Salesforce Development & Automation

  • Design and build scalable automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
  • Develop custom applications, using Salesforce Platform app builder capabilities.
  • Improve operational efficiency by automating manual marketing processes.
  • Support AI-driven automation initiatives using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.

Integration & Enterprise Automation

  • Lead Salesforce integration projects with third-party applications, APIs, ERP systems, websites, social media platforms and CRM software.
  • Design and maintain secure and reliable data synchronization between systems.
  • Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues to ensure business continuity.

Sales & Marketing Optimization

  • Optimize Sales Cloud to improve lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Configure Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) for lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Build automated marketing campaigns, email journeys, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models.
  • Improve customer acquisition, lead conversion, and customer retention through automation and data-driven strategies.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Design executive dashboards and KPI reports for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality through data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and governance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on business analytics and Salesforce insights.
  • Present regular performance reports to senior management.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce technology.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, automation technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Train and support users to maximize Salesforce adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development experience
  • Proven experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Proven experience administering Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Strong experience designing Salesforce automation using Flow
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware
  • Experience implementing enterprise automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business analytics
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Required Salesforce Certifications

Applicants must hold the following certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce AI Associate
  • Salesforce Certified Automation Specialist
  • Workato Enterprise Automation Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with CRM or Dental Management software
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration architecture
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and deployment tools
  • Experience working in healthcare or dental industries is considered an asset

Contract terms

  • First 3 Months, minimum 6-8 hours per day (on-site)
  • After 3 months, Remote support on-call basis or 2 days per month on-site if needed.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
