The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the leadership and performance of all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, and catering activities.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of food, beverage, labour, and inventory cost management
- Experience driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible liquor service regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality operating systems
- Valid ProServe and Food Safe certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field is considered an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
