Overview

Must have open availability 7 days a week between 10:30am and 9:30pm. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a lively and efficient restaurant environment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry will be advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately
  • Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards
  • Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is beneficial but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism
