Silverstone Care Centre is a brand new, beautiful, long term care home in Sechelt, BC, that has lots of natural light, very cozy surroundings and lovely views of the ocean. We are close to the downtown shops and services in Sechelt with a transit bus stop just steps from our front door. Silverstone is the newest home in the Trellis family with other homes located in North Vancouver and Kamloops. We care about your wellbeing in providing care and our workloads support you to do the very best work. Our home is set-up with 32 residents per neighborhood who are supported by a Nurse Team Leader along with a Nurse Assistant (i.e. HCA with medication training), 3 HCA’s (1:8 ratio) and 1 recreation team member to facilitate the fun so you should never feel alone when at work. We value having FUN together every day!

Job Type: Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sechelt, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Do you know that Sechelt is on the Sunshine Coast, and the only way on or off is by a 45-minute ferry that runs on a limited schedule? So unfortunately, realistically you would not be able to live in Vancouver or the surrounding area and commute daily.
