Calling All Dental Reception Superstars!

We're looking for a Dental Receptionist who can run a front desk like Taylor Swift runs a stadium tour... and keep the schedule tighter than Travis Kelce covering the field. A Receptionist that shows up everyday like it’s Taylor and Travis’ wedding day!

If you've got dental reception experience, love helping people, and can juggle phones, insurance, and a little organized chaos with a smile—we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

* Welcome every patient like they're the most important person walking through our doors.

* Make every phone call feel like great customer service—not a trip through an automated menu.

* Keep our appointment book organized, efficient, and one step ahead of the day's surprises.

* Turn dental terminology into everyday language, helping patients leave informed, confident, and smiling.

* Navigate insurance, pre-authorizations, dual coverage and recalls without breaking a sweat.

* Support an amazing team that believes work should be productive, positive, and full of laughter.

What We're Looking For

✔ Dental reception experience or completion of a Dental Reception Certificate.

✔ Strong knowledge of dental insurance, including pre-authorizations and dual insurance.

✔ TRACKER software experience is an asset.

✔ Excellent communication and computer skills.

✔ A team player that is reliable and has a positive attitude.

Our Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Summer Fridays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

No evenings.

No weekends.
