Full job description

Cataraqui Family Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our Team. We are an established family practice that is modern, fully computerized and offers full time hours. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job duties includes:

  • Greeting clients
  • Scheduling, organizing and confirming client appointments
  • Updating and managing client charts
  • Answering the telephone and relaying messages
  • Taking messages from the answering machine

General maintenance of the reception area

Preparation of client’s insurance documents, estimates and correspondence with insurance companies

  • Managing treatment plans and confirmed insurance prerequisites
  • Processing billings for clients and collecting payments

Hours are full-time, some evening and weekend shifts required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
