Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Server/Bartender with leadership potential to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within the restaurant industry while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow into leadership responsibilities.

Duties

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling of food and drinks according to health regulations
  • Contribute to the business through building regulars, promoting products, and catering to the guest's overall experience
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar stations and dining spaces
  • Assist in training new staff members and supporting team members during busy shifts
  • Uphold food industry standards for service quality, safety, and hospitality excellence
  • Demonstrate effective time management to ensure prompt service during high-volume periods

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially with serving and bartending roles
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
