Graphic Designer

South Etobicoke, ON |Full-time, permanent | In-office | 5 days/week

RAB Design Lighting Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting, serving electrical contractors, distributors, and engineering consultants across Canada. Our products are designed for real-world performance and are sold through a national network of electrical wholesalers.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for an in-office role based in South Etobicoke. This role is best suited to a designer with strong production skills who can step in quickly and handle a high volume of creative output with accuracy, speed, and close attention to detail.

This position will focus heavily on adapting and versioning assets across multiple formats and partner requirements. For example, the same flyer may need to be produced in dozens of versions to reflect different distributors, dates, formats, and print or digital specifications. The role reports to the Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high volumes of static design assets for print and digital use.
• Version approved creative across multiple formats, channels, and partner requirements.
• Prepare files correctly for print, digital, video, and screen-based outputs.
• Ensure all assets align with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct careful quality control to ensure accuracy in layout, formatting, copy, and exports
• Receive and manage requests from multiple teams across the organization, communicating realistic timelines, prioritizing work effectively, and balancing competing deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or production design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of export settings, file preparation, and resolution requirements across print, digital, and screen formats.
• Proven ability to produce large volumes of static assets efficiently and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up beyond internal processes and brand orientation.

Compensation

• Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
