Full job description

Busy construction company looking for administrative/ Project assistant.

Must be very computer savy and able to learn new programs. Previous construction experience an asset. Phones, emails, scheduling, and data entry work required.

Will be dealing with customers, Project Managers and sub contractors for scheduling dates and times via email and phone.

Bilingual considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
