You accumulate vacation hours per 2 weeks of working. Not sure how much maybe 1-4 hours depending on shift times. It adds up after awhile

As a casual you get 0 sick days, if you don't work, you don't get paid. For part-time and full-time you start with 5 sick day, and you increase those days through seniority.
