35 hours a week. Overtime needs to be pre-approved but is always compensated for. There are times like during the pandemic where a hold was placed on overtime - which was fine because it was important no one burnt out.

7 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. We get free access to the gym in TD as employees of Gowlings so most people go there for their break.

Hours are set but you can shift them if it isn't working. They were great when I needed to shift my hours to drop kids at school and make sure I wasn't working overtime everyday due to workflow.

The culture is good so I really wouldn't want to leave. I would consider leaving if my direct work providers/supervisors were to leave because that would directly impact the culture within my group. Our senior leadership teams clearly puts a lot of time and effort into higher management hires so it would likely be fine.
