Full job description

Starsky Fine Foods is looking to hire an experienced Bakery Manager for its Mississauga East location.

You will be responsible for ensuring all operational procedures & checklists are followed and for the day-to-day operation of the department, including opening and closing.

  • Provide the highest quality customer service at all times
  • Open & close the department
  • Placing orders / receiving order from suppliers
  • Employee management
  • Resolve complaints
  • Responsible for training new and existing staff
  • Make vendor orders and take orders from customers at counter and fill bread & pastry order

*Candidate must possess the the following:

  • Positive & outgoing personality
  • Integrity and commitment to the business’ success
  • Proven self-starter with a desire to resolve problems
  • Ability to delegate, multi-task & meet changing deadlines
