It is quite stern about the rules but very relaxed in sociability; there are no rules against being social with one another so long as it does not completely distract from the tasks which you have been assigned, or otherwise violate any health and safety protocols.

HR is very informative, was not kept waiting for either interview, expect multiple people to be in the interview but they are not intimidating, this just speeds up the interview process

When I worked there it was 8.5 hours a shift Monday to Friday 7am-3:30 or like 7:00pm-3:30am or something like that and then 11:00pm-7:00am I think, can't really remember. They were kind of strange like that though, I really wasn't used to it.

Very fast paced with little time to drag your feet; however the pace of work will be adjusted to accommodate coming up to speed in the first week of employment.
