Full job description

Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • HACCP & Food Safety Compliance: Strictly adhered to the company’s Food Safety Program, including the Preventive Controls and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols and required regulations
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines to ensure product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for food products and materials, including temperature control as required.

Role Details

· Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout plant and warehouse manually, or with powered equipment

· Check products and packaging for basic quality defects

· Quality Grading & Inspection: Evaluated and graded meat and poultry based on color, order and texture to ensure all products met premium product standards

· Perform the breakdown of chicken carcasses into specified cuts; including deboning, skinning, and precision portioning of breasts, and tenders to meet production specifications.

· Yield Optimization: Apply cutting techniques to maximize meat yield from whole carcasses, to reduce raw material waste while maintaining high-speed production targets.

· Marination: As required, formulate proprietary brine solutions to marinades to specified meat cuts

· Pack all products as per specifications and ensure all product is properly labeled for traceability control

· Clean work station, including all equipment used as per the Sanitation Program and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
