FG Deli Group Ltd. located in Langley BC, is the progressive leader in the manufacturing of premium, quality, European meat products.

Are you a hands-on team player with a keen eye for quality? Join our dynamic production team as a Cutter Kitchen Employee and help prepare top-quality sausage and salami products that meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cutter Kitchen Employee, you will play a key role in the processing of our meat products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and changing over equipment efficiently to keep production moving
  • Ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards before processing
  • Accurately measuring and scaling spices and ingredients
  • Operating cutters, mixers, grinders, scales, and other processing equipment
  • Using knives and other tools to prepare products
  • Recording critical food safety inspections and reporting concerns
  • Tagging and identifying products correctly during each production stage
  • Supporting your team with communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements, and lifting up to 44 lbs
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a refrigerated environment (approx. 2°C)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous experience or training in food safety (HACCP, GMP) is an asset
