Now hiring Delivery Drivers!

Successful Candidates must:

· Be well groomed, well-spoken and be able to deal with each situation in a manner that takes care of our customer.

· Be able bodied for the safe loading of our 5 ton delivery vehicles (up to 70 lbs). Tandem lifting is always first priority.

· Use safety in all aspects of their daily routine and as a part of their due diligence is required to do so at all times.

· Be an individual whom has a passion for going above and beyond for our valued customers.

· Be an individual that has a great attitude towards continuous, positive change and improvement of working routines/methods.

· Have an Advanced Class 5 drivers license (no GDL restrictions)

· Have a clean abstract

Must have minimum 3years experience driving over 1 ton vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver furniture to customers and retail locations in the room and location required

· Remove all packaging and take away leaving the customers home clean of any debris

· Verifies paperwork matches delivery

· Take various forms of payment

· Handles basic maintenance of truck including: filling the tank with gas, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed in accordance to safety rules and regulations

· Adhere to all traffic laws and applicable legislation

· Time efficient routes/time management skills

· Reports any accidents or incidents immediately

· You will also be cross trained into our warehouse positions as well. Picking, prepping unloading and any other aspect of warehousing.
