Food Service Supervisor

As a third-generation family farm, we are passionate about creating authentic, exceptional experiences for our guests while maintaining a supportive and respectful workplace culture for our staff. Integrity, teamwork, creativity and care for others are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused supervisor to help lead our Agri-tourism operations during the busy harvest season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating positive experiences for both guests and coworkers.

No two days are the same on the farm, you’ll help bring the farm to life during our most exciting season.

Training begins in mid July, with our main operating season running from mid-August through October 31.

What you will do:

  • Maintain safe food handling and Food Safe practices
  • Set up and stock kitchen and concession stations
  • Heat and cook menu items efficiently during busy service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment
  • Complete end-of-day cleaning procedures
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to provide excellent guest experiences

  • Previous food service experience with a strong understanding of food safety protocols
  • Food Safe Certificate required
  • Positive, dependable, and hardworking individuals
  • Comfortable leading and supporting a small team
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Availability Thursday through Monday, with some flexibility
