What You’ll Be Doing

  • Enjoy dog walks while listening to your favorite music or podcasts
  • Drive to clients' homes and care for their dogs while they are at work
  • Take dogs for neighbourhood walks, trail adventures, or off leash park visits
  • Provide indoor playtime, affection, treats, and fresh water
  • Bring in packages and tidy up small pet related messes if needed
  • Capture adorable photos and videos of your furry friends during each visit
  • Send updates and photos to pet parents through our easy to use walker app

Help Grow the Pack

Team members can also increase their hours by helping share our services in the community.

  • Building relationships with local vet clinics and pet related businesses
  • Putting up posters and flyers in the community
  • Handing out free walk cards to potential clients
  • Attending pet related community events

Walking Territory

Your primary walking territory will be City Centre

Northern Paws Dog Walking is known for providing exceptional and personalized dog walking services. We focus on one household at a time so every dog receives our full attention and care.

When you join Northern Paws, you become part of a community that genuinely loves dogs.

Pay

  • $18.75 per 1 hour dog walk
  • $15 per hour for marketing activities
  • Client tips
  • $25 referral bonus for every new client who signs up because of your efforts

Most walkers earn $180 – $1000 per month depending on availability and number of walks.

Requirements

  • Must be available a minimum of 3 weekdays between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Must live within a 15 minute drive of City Centre
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable walking dogs in all weather conditions
  • Must have a smartphone to send updates through our walker app
