PAL Airlines is looking for Flight Attendants with a passion for safety and customer service to join our award-winning team in Halifax, Montreal and St. John’s.


Responsibilities:

  • Enforce all Transport Canada policies/procedures to ensure compliance with PAL Airlines and Air Operator standards.
  • Demonstrate and explain emergency protocols to ensure passenger safety throughout flights.
  • Communicate important flight information and updates to all passengers and crew.
  • Deliver high quality customer service standards throughout all phases of the travel experience.
  • Assist with the resolution of unexpected operational challenges and passenger concerns.
  • Successfully work both independently and within a team to fulfil operational needs.
  • Represent PAL Airlines with professionalism and respect to all travelers.
  • Provide first aid and medical assistance when required.

Qualifications
:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The ability to travel in the US without restrictions and hold a valid passport (or Permanent Residency Card accompanied with the Visas necessary to work anywhere PAL Airlines operates).
  • Must be able to maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (requires a 5-year traceable history, a clear criminal record and a Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card).
  • The ability to speak French and English.
  • Preference given to candidates with customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Criminal record check prior to employment.
  • The availability to travel away from home for extended periods of time.
  • Must successfully complete an initial 5-week full-time training program
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
