Your Internship Experience:
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and Apple desktop and laptop environments.
- Support meeting room AV system operation
- Assist in resolving general access, connectivity, and desktop application issues.
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Support basic administration of user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
- Take ownership of service desk tickets, ensuring timely tracking, follow-up, and resolution.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and user workstations.
- Provide support for mobile devices, including iPhones and Android devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support ad-hoc IT projects and operational initiatives as required.

Qualifikationen
General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:
- Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.
- Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Information Technology/Computer Science. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
- Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Technical Knowledge & Tools: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, network fundamentals, and VPN connectivity, combined with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will begin immediately and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
- Work Arrangement: This is an onsite role requiring employees to work on-site 5 days per week.
