Join Montana’s as a Service & Bar Manager!

Are you passionate about great food, fun vibes, and creating memorable guest experiences? Montana’s is looking for an energetic Service & Bar Leader to help lead our team and make every visit unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues quickly
  • Coach and motivate our team to create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
  • Support daily restaurant operations and help drive business results
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in hospitality (restaurants, bars, or similar)
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership and supervisory experience (min 2 years)
  • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
