We are a growing HR & Career Consulting firm based in Toronto, specializing in:

Recruitment & career training and referrals, resume & Interview coaching, Career Consulting, Immigration-related employment support

We work closely with employers across logistics, accounting, construction, and professional services industries. Right now we are expanding and looking for a driven Recruiter who wants to grow with the company.

We are looking for a human resources recruiter to join our team.

  • Prepare interview questions, job descriptions and other necessary materials
  • Analyze candidates' skills and qualifications; contact and establish appointments with prospective candidates
  • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective employers.
  • Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
  • Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers
  • Match candidates with employer needs.
  • Build and maintain employer relationships
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain, organize and update candidate/employer records
  • Capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, employer matching, interview coordination, and offer closing.
  • Take part in marketing, promotion, and basic business development activities in addition to recruitment responsibilities.

Required qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with good planning abilities
  • Must have good leader skills
  • Efficient in time management, good attention to detail and focused
  • Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
