CarePros specializes in Trauma-Informed Personalized Community Care and Agency Foster Care for children and youth with complex medical and behavioural needs in addition to Trauma-Informed care for adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Your Day to Day

  • Full-cycle talent acquisition of frontline Child and Youth Care Worker and Community Support Worker positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of needs and provide strategic consultation.
  • Source top talent using creative and effective strategies, managing the candidate selection process and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with post-secondary institutions and help navigate the practicum and co-op placement opportunities.
  • Create and manage compelling job postings that attract qualified candidates.
  • Review and pre-screen resumes to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Collect and organize required documentation to ensure compliance.


Hours of Work


Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

With unmatched attention to detail and a strategic mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Must-Haves

  • Progressive recruiting experience required.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) systems, such as BambooHR.
  • Extensive knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code and the Alberta Human Rights Act.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong ability to manage the candidate selection process and source top talent efficiently.
  • High level of self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Clear Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check) obtained within the last 6 months.


Nice-To-Haves

  • RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter).
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or candidate status.
  • Direct experience in Children's Services Intervention, Human Services, or Healthcare.
