No experience required - we will provide training!

We are currently hiring for the following shift:

  • 6AM - 2:30PM (8 hours), 5 weekdays
  • 2:25PM - 1:15AM (10 hours), 4 weekdays

Responsibilities:

  • Stacking & bundling of building materials (siding, trim, plank, panels, etc.) – SPF, Hardie board, engineered wood
  • Reviewing products for quality as they come off the production line
  • Packaging & labelling
  • Feeding materials into coating machines
  • Assisting with machine set-up, operation and general maintenance
  • General related production duties and clean-up
  • Willingness to help anywhere required

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic & team first, can-do positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical condition, capable of repetitive lifting (25-40 lbs) and physical labor
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a desire to contribute to a high-quality product
  • Reliable and trustworthy - our production team requires consistent attendance and a dedication to succeed

Additional Attributes:

  • Reliable Transportation to work (transit, vehicle, etc.)
  • Forklift experience is an asset, but not required
