Ready to suit up as a Dispatch Security Guard

If you are looking for a job where you have significant responsibility, this is the one for you. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in communication between agents, customers and account Manager!

We’re growing our ranks in Scarborough! With our wide variety of contracts, we have a position that will accommodate your needs and help you reach your goals.

  • Full Time Schedule: Must be available Monday to Sunday 8PM-8AM (12 hour continental schedule - overnights)

Responsibilities for Dispatch Security Guard

  • Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as ppolice, fire and/or ambulance personnel, and escalate to leadership as outlined in standard operating procedures
  • Provide overall security, through vital camera patrols, observation and reporting
  • Confirm security compliance and integrity
  • Accurately report on key security measurements through detailed report and record keeping
  • Consistent communication and coordination with operations and client teams
  • Respond in a timely manner to internal and external requests
  • Audit and ensure all cameras are working

Qualifications for Dispatch Security Guard

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License

  • Valid WSIB approved First Aid and CPR certificate

  • Be eligible to work in Canada

  • Must be available to work overnight shifts

  • Must have previous dispatch experience working in security
