Job Summary:

We are an emergency hospital that primarily focuses on walk-in patients. We are looking for someone kind, compassionate and level-headed to be the first point of contact at Trinity Hills 24 Hour Pet Hospital. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, making prescriptions, billing people out, returning emails, maintaining cleanliness and providing administrative support to the veterinary team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours & Scheduling

Trinity Hills Pet Hospital operates on a rotational 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. Shifts are 10.5 hours in length and include a 1-hour paid break. Start times vary depending on the rotation, ranging from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
