Educational Administrative Coordinator 教务行政人员（需有教育工作经验）

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with Educational and Administrative Tasks 教育及行政协助

Collaborate with professional staff to ensure all educational and administrative tasks are completed effectively.

• Student Management and Support 学生管理与支持

Communicate with students and parents, provide academic support, and coordinate course schedules.

• Application Processing (K-12, University, and Visa) 学校及签证申请

Assist with K-12 and university admission applications, as well as visa procedures.

• Manage Social Media Accounts 社交媒体运营

Create engaging content for company social media platforms, helping enhance brand presence and connection with families.

• Other Office and Administrative Duties 办公及行政管理

Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in education or school-related work (marketing, guidance, or administrative).需要有教学或教育机构工作经验。
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of student and parent needs.
• Must be coachable, teachable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in digital tools and office systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience. 要求开车上下班。

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
