Position Overview:
Crystal Creek Homes is a premier home builder dedicated to creating exceptional living environments. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Home Sales Specialist (Area Sales Manager) to join our team and play a critical role in driving new home sales, generating leads, and building lasting relationships with homeowners. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the new home construction process, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a personable, professional approach. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Crystal Creek Homes professionally to ensure a positive experience for homeowners.
  • Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain working relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the construction of their new home.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge of our model offerings and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of mortgage products and financing options.
  • Prepare concise and accurate documentation for homeowners, construction, and office personnel.
  • Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and/or host partners to maintain an efficient and productive sales center.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in new home sales or a related field (required).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of accountability and integrity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sharp negotiation and time-management skills.
