Full job description

Air Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, organized professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination between technicians, office staff, and customers. The Service Coordinator will manage technician work order flow, coordinate daily schedules, handle parts and materials, and provide reliable inside sales and administrative support. Through strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, this individual will play an essential role in maintaining Air Unlimited Inc.’s reputation for outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all work order flow for service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and completion
  • Coordinate daily job schedules, track technician hours, and manage timesheets
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to assess service needs, schedule visits, and relay accurate information to technicians
  • Report service-related issues and concerns to the Service Manager promptly
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure all required parts and materials are available for scheduled service calls
  • Monitor open parts orders, track lead times, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on improving service quality and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all Air Unlimited departments to support sales processes and onboard new clients
  • Coordinate technician travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings when required
  • Oversee service work and maintenance scheduling for Air Unlimited Inc.’s vehicle fleet
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of or experience with Sage Business Vision software is an asset, but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a technical/service environment is considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
