Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment, supporting culinary operations and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Your dedication will ensure that food service runs smoothly, dishes are spotless, and the overall hospitality experience exceeds expectations. Whether you’re passionate about food preparation, cleaning, or supporting restaurant and catering services, this role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant team. This position has a set schedule of Friday-Monday evenings.

Duties

  • Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards and ensure availability for service.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines.
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
  • Experience with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling dishes is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment used in commercial kitchens.
