Description de poste

En tant que Analyste, tarification (Exportation maritime et aérienne) sur place dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal (Kirkland), vous serez responsable d'analyser, d'établir et de négocier des tarifs de fret compétitifs pour nos expéditions d'exportation aérienne et maritime.

  • Analyser la structure des tarifs des transporteurs et les tendances du marché pour l'exportation maritime et aérienne.
  • Calculer avec précision les coûts globaux en utilisant une maîtrise approfondie des Incoterms (règles commerciales internationales).
  • Fournir des soumissions rapides et précises aux équipes de vente et aux partenaires internationaux.
  • Gérer les contrats de transporteurs et les grilles tarifaires pour optimiser nos marges bénéficiaires.
  • Compte tenu de la nature du secteur logistique, la personne titulaire du poste doit être disponible pour travailler à l'occasion en dehors des heures régulières (lundi au vendredi, 8 h 30 à 17 h).
  • Agir à titre de référence en tarification à notre bureau de Kirkland pour demeurer l'Analyste, tarification (Exportation maritime et aérienne) de référence dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal à Kirkland.

Exigences / Qualifications

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que analyste de la tarification (transport internationale), analyste, tarification (exportation maritime et aérienne) ou expérience similare en logistique d'exportation aérienne et/ou maritime internationale.
  • Solide maîtrise des Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) et des réglementations d'exportation.
  • Expérience démontrée en négociation de tarifs de fret et en analyse de marges.
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, rechercheV) et des logiciels TMS.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (exigée pour la communication régulière avec des fournisseurs, clients et partenaires internationaux situés hors du Québec).
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité à travailler hors des heures régulières lors d'urgences opérationnelles internationales.
  • Capacité à travailler à temps plein sur place à notre bureau situé à Kirkland dans l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal.

Job Description

As our on-site Pricing Analyst (Ocean & Air Export) in the West Island of Montreal, you will be responsible for analyzing, setting, and negotiating competitive freight rates for international air export and ocean export shipments.

  • Analyze carrier rate structures, market trends, and bunker/fuel surcharges for ocean and air export channels.
  • Calculate precise door-to-door and port-to-port landings utilizing comprehensive knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Provide quick, accurate rate quotes to sales teams and overseas partners, ensuring optimal profit margins.
  • Manage carrier contracts, rate sheets, and spot quotes to ensure billing accuracy and margin optimization.
  • Given the fast-paced nature of global logistics, the candidate must be willing to occasionally work outside of standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) to handle time-sensitive international matters.
  • Serve as the key operational reference point in our Kirkland office, representing the premier Pricing Analyst (Ocean & Air Export) talent in the West Island of Montreal.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an International Pricing Analyst, an Ocean & Air Pricing Analyst, or a similar role in international air export and/or ocean export logistics.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) and standard export compliance.
  • Proven track record in freight rate negotiation, tariff analysis, and margin management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/TMS software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (required for managing international clients, vendors, and local teams located outside of Quebec).
  • Willingness to work flexible or extended hours outside standard schedule when global operational emergencies arise.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time at our office located in the West Island of Montreal.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
