Join the Metalfab Team

Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? Do you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to find practical solutions? Metalfab is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and dealers, managing warranty and service inquiries from initial contact through resolution. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Production, Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure customers receive timely, accurate support while helping improve our products and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer and dealer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Investigate warranty and service concerns, coordinating with internal teams to determine the best resolution.
  • Work with Service, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to minimize customer downtime.
  • Manage warranty claims and replacement parts with suppliers.
  • Monitor warranty trends and recurring product issues, communicating findings to management and recommending improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional, responsive, and solution-focused service.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and service activities within company systems.
  • Prepare quotations for repairs and replacement parts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance customer service processes.
