Community Support Worker

TCS is seeking Community Support Workers who want to make a difference!

At the present time we are seeking to employ staff in our Community Inclusion setting located in Richmond, BC.

Duties include:

· Providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and assisting in their developmental growth and success;

· Developing and participating in community activities and opportunities to enhance inclusion and acceptance;

· Ensuring a safe environment for everyone;

· Participating and contributing in the planning process related to the individual’s Personal Life Plan; and

· Assisting with maintaining and building effective relationships.

Experience in providing care and support to individuals in community is preferred; however, all applicants are welcome.

Possessing a valid Class 4 Driver’s License and a personal vehicle is required.
