Founded in the year 2000 in Thornhill of the grater Toronto area as a full-service, casual restaurant, Me Va Me was a pioneer in introducing East Mediterranean fare to the local community.
In a short time, Me Va Me became highly popular due to its quality and excellent value, reflecting the founder’s policy of always serving “Food that comes from the heart.” Providing fresh, high-quality food along with outstanding service every day clearly resonated with customers. Such was the success of the Me Va Me restaurant that it led to more locations in the Greater Toronto Area
In 2014, as part of the brand’s growth, we have launched a fresh casual concept called me va me east Mediterranean. Upholding the highest standards in food and service, me va me east Mediterranean stays true to the tradition of healthy and tasty East Mediterranean cuisine, serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
ME VA ME is looking for a Corporate Trainer to train, coach and mentor franchisees, managers, and employees on both FOH and BOH operations.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about coaching and training a team and creating an environment where our guests can feel welcome and enjoy our service, and that all responsibilities are carried in a professional manner.
Provide guidance and implement a solid understanding regarding ordering method, inventory management, cost control, Health and Safety training and procedures, hiring and onboarding new employees for new and existing locations.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer service, training Franchisees, employees and more.
all in accordance with the franchise policies and guidelines.
Other duties may be assigned to the Field Trainer as needed by Corporate Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $0.01 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
