The Opportunity

Do you want to join an energetic and competitive sales team in a dynamic work environment? DeVry Greenhouses Ltd is looking for a humble, hungry, and smart individual to join the team as an account coordinator. This role focuses on managing key account relationships, marketing plant programs, and analyzing sales data. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and getting tasks done, and a passion for sharing and learning with others!

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist in managing corporate accounts across Canada/USA.

  • Analyze sales data to optimize sell-through and profitability at stores.

  • Assist in building marketing presentations, campaigns, reports, and seasonal recaps.

  • Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts, and executing during the season.

  • Project and forecast quantities for upcoming seasons.

  • Contribute to a strong team environment by proactively identifying and addressing account needs.

  • Handle communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA), Data Analysis, Economics, or related field.

  • Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively. High attention to detail.

  • Professional and growth mindset, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike.

  • Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year, with a valid passport.

Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI is an asset.

  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve speed, quality, and organization.

  • Hourly compensation: Starting at $26 per hour pending experience and qualification. Final offer based on experience.
